Kathy started her EMS career as an EMT in the late 1990’s. She earned her RN in 2003 and spent the next 16 years in the Emergency Department as a Trauma Nurse. Her nursing experience includes post anesthesia care and care management. Throughout her EMS career, Kathy has not only taught EMT, both lecture and skills, but started and operated an EMT School in Southern California for 11 years. She sold that business and started this company to allow EMT students from anywhere to have access to quality EMS education. She brings all the knowledge and skills that she acquired working both in the EMS System as well as in the EMS Education System. She is excited to meet our future students and set them on a path to a fulfilling lifetime career in EMS. She recently completed her PMHNP.
